VAAP testifies on S.95/H.98

On May 7 and 8, VAAP joined partners including Vermont Legal Aid and the Vermont Judiciary in testifying before the Vermont House Judiciary Committee to share context for the urgent need for clarified state court jurisidiction over “springing” or “standby" guardianships in H.98/S.95.
