Join us for Habeas 201: Bail Hearings, a CLE presentation co-hosted by Vermont Asylum Assistance Project and the ACLU of Vermont on July 31 from 3 to 4:30pm!

During this virtual session, we will discuss the process of requesting release from detention on bail as a part of a habeas case in Vermont District Court. 

This session is geared towards attorneys who are interested in providing legal services to immigrant detainees. Attendees will receive 1.5 CLE credits.
