  • Donate Money

Community support is community power. Your financial contribution gives VAAP the flexibility to meet noncitizens where they are and the independence to take on the cases and advocacy that matter most.

Sustained giving helps us plan ahead, retain skilled staff, and show up consistently for clients and partners statewide.

Vermont Asylum Assistance Project, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) with EIN 92-3916308. Donate here.

  • Donate Stock

To donate stock to VAAP, you (or your broker/advisor) can initiate a charitable stock transfer via DTC to VAAP using our account information.

Our custodian is Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions / National Financial Services and the DTC number is 0226.

You’ll also need VAAP’s brokerage account number. Contact us so we can provide this directly. Please treat it as sensitive and share it only with your financial professional.

  • Donate Time

VAAP began as a volunteer-driven program, and volunteers remain central to our work. VAAP’s growing staff continue to mentor and mobilize attorneys and language access volunteers to help achieve our mission.

Donating your time and expertise helps power scaled immigration legal services and community advocacy.

Visit our Volunteer page to learn more and review our upcoming programming Calendar to get involved.

  • Donate Goods

We’re grateful for offers to donate goods to VAAP, as well as non-legal volunteer services. However, VAAP focuses our limited capacity on delivering immigration legal services—an acute need in Vermont.

To offer material support and other non-legal help to VAAP’s noncitizen client communities, please visit our Get Non-Legal Help page and connect with trusted community partners who are best equipped to receive and distribute goods.
